The work consists of construction of Two Basement Floors and Main Tower inside The Pearl Qatar. Basement floors serve as residential car parking and a Chalet at Level P1. The Main Tower is composed of Ground + 23 floors + 4 levels of roof. Ground is a recreational floor having Swimming Pool, Jacuzzi at Podium and Gymnasium with Games, Function Hall and a Caretaker’s studio inside the tower area. 1st to 23rd Floors are residential having a total number of 173 Flats. The scope of work includes Wall, Floor, Ceiling, Finishing Works, Electromechanical Works including all the fittings, Swimming Pool and Jacuzzi.
