The employees of Chapo Group had the opportunity to get together on a one-day workshop that was organised to celebrate the company’s growth and successes. The workshop took place on Saturday, 12 September 2009, at a coastal hotel with the support of the People and Change group of PricewaterhouseCoopers.
 
During the first session of the workshop, Mr Harris Photiou, the Managing Director of Chapo Group, presented the Group’s strategy and vision. The staff participated in structured brainstorming sessions and presentations having the opportunity to exchange views, information and suggestions on strategic, operational and people issues. The results of the discussions have been incorporated into action plans with priorities.
 
The afternoon was dedicated to fun and full of energy team activities and challenges which left participants feeling rejuvenated and energised.
